| Abstract | CLABSIs remain a major type of healthcare-associated infection contributing to significant patient morbidity, prolonged intensive care unit (ICU) stay, and higher healthcare costs. Although evidence-based CLABSI maintenance bundles are well established, variability in adherence among healthcare workers remains a challenge. Continuous reinforcement of infection prevention practices is essential to ensure consistent compliance. Aim: To assess nurses’ knowledge and compliance with CLABSI maintenance bundle practices and to evaluate the effect of a structured training programme on compliance and CLABSI surveillance outcomes. |
