Abstract This study investigates the relationship between sleep quality and psychological well-being among young adults aged 18-29 years, examining how demographic factors including gender and age influence these variables. Methods: A quantitative cross-sectional correlational research design was employed with 120 participants recruited through convenience sampling from educational institutions and online platforms. Sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), while psychological well-being was measured using Ryff's Scales of Psychological Well-Being (SPWB). Data analysis utilized descriptive statistics, Pearson and Spearman correlation analyses, linear regression, coefficient of determination (R²), and independent sample t-tests.
