| Country | India |
| Abstract | This paper examines the various factors contributing to climate change. It analyses its causes and solutions, with particular emphasis on how its effects are unevenly distributed across different sections of society. It highlights the vulnerability of groups such as women, children, the elderly, informal workers, and other marginalised communities. The paper also explores differences between urban and rural experiences, the rise of climate-induced migration, climate refugees, and the psychological and social impacts of climate change. Furthermore, it discusses individual actions that can be taken to address these challenges. The paper underscores the need for sustainable and inclusive solutions to tackle the disproportionate impacts of climate change. |
