Abstract This study explores the burgeoning intersection of Neuromarketing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a transformative framework for understanding consumer behaviour. By integrating neuroscience tools such as EEG and fMRI with AI’s machine learning and predictive analytics, marketers can move beyond traditional self-reported data to uncover unconscious decision-making factors. Through a survey of 77 marketing professionals, primarily aged 18–30, the research examines current levels of awareness, trust, and engagement with these technologies. The findings highlight a significant gap between the potential of AI-driven neuromarketing (e.g., real-time personalization and emotion recognition) and current consumer sentiment, which is characterized by a lack of trust in AI recommendations and significant privacy concerns regarding biometric data. The study concludes that while AI-powered motion-based content (short-form video) is highly effective at capturing attention, brands must bridge the "human-connection gap" to foster long-term loyalty
