Development and Evaluation of Contextualized Digital Numeracy Materials for Emerging Grade 3 Learners

Abstract	Grade 3 learners often struggle with foundational numeracy skills, particularly multiplication. To address this challenge, the study developed Contextualized Digital Numeracy Materials (CDNM) aligned with the Grade 3 Mathematics curriculum. The materials were designed to provide interactive, engaging, and localized learning experiences that improve learners’ numeracy performance and confidence in mathematics.
