A Comprehensive Study on Employee Welfare Measures and Their Impact on Job Satisfaction at Accord Chrome

Abstract Employee welfare measures play a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall organizational performance. The present study, titled “A Comprehensive Study on Employee Welfare Measures and Their Impact on Job Satisfaction at Accord Chrome,” aims to examine the effectiveness of welfare facilities provided by the organization and their influence on employees' job satisfaction. The study is based on primary data collected from 100 employees through a structured questionnaire and supported by secondary data obtained from books, journals, company records, and relevant websites.

The research adopts a descriptive research design and utilizes statistical tools such as Percentage Analysis, Chi-Square Test, and Correlation Analysis to interpret the collected data. The study focuses on various welfare measures, including workplace safety, medical facilities, sanitation, drinking water, canteen services, transportation, and other employee welfare provisions. The findings indicate that the majority of employees are satisfied with the welfare measures offered by Accord Chrome and perceive them as important contributors to their job satisfaction and work performance.
The study concludes that effective employee welfare measures have a positive impact on employee morale, productivity, commitment, and retention. It recommends that organizations continuously evaluate and improve welfare facilities to meet employee expectations and foster a positive work environment. The results of this study provide valuable insights for management in strengthening welfare policies and enhancing employee satisfaction.
