Abstract This study developed and validated ICT-based contextualized numeracy materials for Kindergarten learners in selected schools of East 2 District, Gingoog City Division. Using a Research and Development (R&D) design guided by the ASSURE Model, interactive materials were created through Canva and integrated local contexts and translanguaging strategies. The materials were validated by the DepEd Learning Resource Management (LRM) Section and rated valid and suitable for classroom use. Results showed a significant improvement in learners’ numeracy performance, with Mean Percentage Scores increasing from 64.73% in the pre-test to 85.49% in the post-test. The study concluded that ICT-based contextualized numeracy materials effectively enhance early numeracy skills and learner engagement among Kindergarten learners.
