| Abstract | The digital era has fundamentally transformed the way organizations create value, compete in global markets, and sustain long-term growth. Rapid technological advancements, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data analytics, and automation have increased the importance of innovation management as a strategic organizational capability. Organizations that effectively manage innovation are better positioned to respond to market changes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This study examines the relationship between innovation management and organizational success in the digital era. Drawing on Dynamic Capabilities Theory and Resource-Based View Theory, the paper explores how innovation strategies, digital technologies, organizational culture, and leadership influence organizational performance. The study proposes a conceptual framework linking innovation management practices with organizational success through mediating factors such as digital transformation and employee engagement. The findings contribute to innovation and management literature while providing practical recommendations for organizations operating in increasingly dynamic digital environments. |
