| Abstract | The rapid adoption of digital technologies has transformed the nature of work across industries. Digital workplaces characterized by remote work, virtual collaboration, automation, artificial intelligence, and cloud-based systems have created new opportunities and challenges for employee motivation and organizational productivity. This study examines the relationship between employee motivation and organizational productivity in the digital workplace. The paper explores how intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors influence employee performance, engagement, innovation, and productivity within digitally enabled work environments. Drawing upon Self-Determination Theory and Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, the study proposes a conceptual framework linking employee motivation to organizational productivity through employee engagement and digital work satisfaction. The findings suggest that organizations that effectively support employee motivation through leadership, technological support, recognition systems, and flexible work arrangements are more likely to achieve sustainable productivity improvements. |
