Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) transforms both education and e-commerce through smarter, data-driven systems. This paper explores how AI can redesign future learning frameworks for e-commerce education. Traditional learning methods often fail to meet the needs of the digital marketplace, where skills such as data analytics, automation, and understanding customer behaviour are critical. In the e-commerce world, AI-driven learning platforms are enabled by personalised and adaptive learning experiences by analysing individual student performance. The study uses secondary data from various journals, articles, and case studies to analyse the role of AI in redesigning the curriculum, teaching methodologies, and learner engagement. The key findings show that AI strengthens learning through intelligent tutoring systems, mock training, and feedback, also helping learners address challenges such as skill gaps and industry demands. The study concludes that incorporating AI into e-commerce education is essential to prepare learners for evolving future digital economies and recommends a strategic approach to ensure sustainable and inclusive educational frameworks.
