| Abstract | Driven by the rapid expansion of digital learning in higher education, this study evaluates student perceptions of online learning at Government Degree College (GDC), Ramachandrapuram, Andhra Pradesh. Utilizing a structured questionnaire and percentage analysis, the research assesses learner preferences, satisfaction metrics, inherent benefits, and systemic challenges. The empirical findings indicate that while students value the enhanced flexibility and resource accessibility of online instruction, persistent technical constraints—namely unreliable internet connectivity and diminished peer-to-peer interaction—remain critical impediments. Consequently, this study offers strategic recommendations for academic institutions aiming to optimize digital learning environments. |
