| Abstract | Communication practices play a vital role in improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Effective communication helps employees understand organizational goals, responsibilities, and expectations while promoting trust, cooperation, and participation in the workplace. The present study examines the influence of communication practices on employee engagement among employees of the Organization. A descriptive research design was adopted for the study. Primary data were collected from 100 employees using a structured questionnaire, and secondary data were gathered from journals, books, company records, and relevant online sources. The collected data were analyzed using percentage analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and Independent Sample t-test. The findings revealed that communication practices have a positive influence on employee engagement. Employees expressed favorable opinions regarding information sharing, feedback mechanisms, supervisor communication, and management interaction. The correlation analysis indicated a strong positive relationship between communication practices and employee engagement. The study also found that there was no significant difference in employee engagement based on gender. The study concludes that effective communication practices enhance employee commitment, motivation, participation, and overall organizational performance. Organizations should strengthen communication channels and encourage employee feedback to maintain a productive and highly engaged workforce. |
