Role of NBFC-MFIS in Enhancing Women Micro Entrepreneurs With Their Services

Abstract Entrepreneurship is important for the entrepreneur in terms of providing self-employment and in creating and expanding opportunities for their businesses to improve their living standards. NBFC-MFIs occupy an important position in this regard by providing micro-entrepreneurs with funding assistance. Among various providers in Microfinance NBFC- MFIs are a dominating player. An institution's enrichment and growth depend on factors such as awareness, acceptance, perception towards outcome of customers satisfaction. Relationship between three explanatory variables like Awareness, Acceptance and Perception of micro entrepreneurs towards NBFCs-MFI constructs compared with the outcome variable (Satisfaction towards Services).Predictor variables (Awareness, Acceptance and Perception) proved that no multi-collinearity issues exist in the model while, the tolerance shows all the independent variables are different also not equal to zero likewise the Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) recorded less than 2 ensuring that it is not violating the threshold. A collinearity diagnostic was measured initially to evaluate any existence of multicollinearity in the model. This research paper is intended to assess the degree to which the entrepreneurs of microenterprises are satisfied with the services provided by NBFC-MFIs.
