| Abstract | Entrepreneurship has emerged as a key driver of economic growth, innovation, and employment generation in India. Over the past decade, India has become one of the fastest-growing startup ecosystems in the world, supported by government initiatives, digital transformation, and increasing investor interest. However, despite remarkable progress, Indian entrepreneurs face multiple challenges, including regulatory hurdles, funding gaps, infrastructure constraints, and skill shortages. This paper examines the opportunities and challenges of entrepreneurship and start-ups in India and provides practical suggestions to strengthen the ecosystem. |
