| Abstract | The success of any business activity, whether small, medium, or large, largely depends on the availability of timely funds, as prospective thoughts of business provide nothing until they are realised in action. Funds are considered the lifeblood of any business activity, which are necessary to start, continue, and expand, and should be available without delay. There are many financial services available in the form of entertaining the business itself in supplying the funds to various business organizations, with the different names as venture capital, angel investments, and crowdfunding. These business activities with the objective of providing timely finance and financial advisers to various business organisations have been existing by charging to their timely services, and playing a pivotal role for the very existence of a healthy business world. Earlier, most of the business organization do not even come into existence, and were limited to ideas, due to the lack of availability of funds, or not knowing the source of availability of finance, and not accessing the finance from reliable sources. But at present this situation is entirely changed, even the micro and small business organisations are blossoming with abundant opportunities to expand their activities with the above-mentioned financial intermediaries, who are available with easier terms and conditions. This research paper tries to make a comparative analysis of the Indian business activities of financial intermediaries’ absence to their presence, and assess their importance in the present business world. |
