| Abstract | India’s Coir industry, a vital segment exemplifying the "Waste-to-Wealth" approach by transforming agricultural by-products into high-value, sustainable assets within the MSME ecosystem. Hence, the study understands the need and investigates the quantitative and qualitative interdependencies between government-led fiscal support and core sectoral growth parameters for the period of 2021-2025. The study analysed secondary data extracted from the Ministry of MSME and the Coir Board, employing correlation analysis to examine the variables. The study concludes that the Coir Board’s transition from traditional rope-making to high-value sustainable exports is a benchmark for MSME-led green growth. The findings provide a framework for policymakers to optimise budget utilisation, maximise beneficiary reach, and enhance export competitiveness, ensuring that the Coir sector remains a cornerstone of India’s sustainable entrepreneurial advancement. |
