| Abstract | Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have emerged as the two most powerful forces redefining contemporary business models across industries. Digital transformation refers to the strategic integration of digital technologies into all areas of business operations, fundamentally altering value creation, delivery, and capture mechanisms. Artificial Intelligence, encompassing machine learning, natural language processing, robotics, and predictive analytics, acts as a catalytic driver within this transformation by enabling automation, intelligent decision-making, and real-time personalization. This research article examines the conceptual foundations, technological enablers, theoretical frameworks, and practical implications of digital transformation and AI in reshaping modern business models. It analyzes how organizations transition from traditional linear value chains to platform-based and ecosystem-driven structures. The study further explores sectoral transformations in manufacturing, finance, healthcare, retail, and agriculture while discussing governance, ethical challenges, cybersecurity risks, workforce implications, and regulatory dimensions. A conceptual framework and analytical table are incorporated to synthesize the evolving relationship between digital technologies and business model innovation. The findings suggest that AI-driven digital transformation does not merely optimize existing processes but fundamentally reconstructs strategic logic, organizational culture, and competitive advantage. The article concludes by identifying future research directions and managerial implications necessary for sustainable digital ecosystems. |
