Author(s) Mr. Danny Batacandolo Dela Vega, John Keneth A. Ada, DPA

Abstract This study examined micro credit accessibility and its usefulness among Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in the Province of Capiz using a descriptive-correlational design. Most respondents were micro-scale retail businesses with limited resources and low loan availment. Credit accessibility was moderately accessible in terms of interest rates, lending procedures, and credit awareness, while availed credit was considered useful in improving firm performance. The study also revealed a strong positive relationship between credit accessibility and business improvement. That is, better access to credit supports the growth and sustainability of MSEs and highlights the need for improved financial awareness, simpler lending procedures, and more inclusive financial support
