Abstract	The growing adoption of intelligent robotic systems in modern applications has increased the importance of efficient Human Robot Interactive Communication (HRI). Robots operating in real-world environments are expected to interact naturally with humans by understanding speech, gestures, emotions, and surrounding environmental conditions. However, traditional decision-making systems often face difficulties in handling uncertain situations, dynamic user behaviour, and real-time interaction requirements. These limitations reduce communication efficiency, adaptability, and user trust in robotic systems.
