| Abstract | Social media advertising has become an essential component of modern marketing due to the widespread use of digital platforms and the increasing amount of time consumers spend online. This study examines the effect of social media advertising on brand awareness by analyzing how advertisements on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social networking sites influence consumers’ recognition and recall of brands. Social media advertising enables firms to reach a large and diverse audience through visually appealing, interactive, and personalized content. Continuous exposure to advertisements on social media helps improve brand visibility and familiarity, making it easier for consumers to identify and remember brands. The study finds that factors such as advertisement frequency, content quality, entertainment value, and user engagement significantly contribute to enhancing brand awareness. Interactive features such as likes, comments, shares, and video content increase consumer involvement, leading to stronger brand recall and recognition. The findings also suggest that social media advertising is more effective than traditional advertising in building brand awareness due to its real-time interaction and targeted communication. Overall, the study highlights that well-planned social media advertising strategies play a crucial role in strengthening brand awareness and supporting long-term brand development in the highly competitive digital marketplace. |
