| Abstract | This research paper examines how Bajaj Finance used artificial intelligence (AI) to create a new business channel that generated ₹1,600 crore in new loans during Q3 FY26 (October-December 2025). AI handled 20 million customer calls, converted voice to text for 520,000 customers, and created 100,000 new loan offers that were not possible before. The study shows efficiency improved by 25-30%, annual savings of ₹150 crore approx, and plans to handle 100 million calls by 2027. This proves AI can function as a primary business tool for Indian finance companies. |
