| Abstract | This project explores the rights of transgender persons, aiming to illuminate the legal, social, and health challenges they face and to advocate for their inclusion and equality. Transgender individuals often encounter systemic discrimination, lack of legal protections, and societal stigmatization, which significantly impact their quality of life. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the current status of transgender rights, examining both historical context and contemporary issues across different regions. It highlights the critical need for robust legal frameworks that protect against discrimination and promote equality in various spheres such as healthcare, employment, and education. Project also focuses on the rights which are discussed at the international perspective. The project also delves into the specific healthcare needs of transgender individuals, emphasizing the importance of accessible and affirming medical services. Through personal narratives and case studies, it seeks to humanize the transgender experience and foster empathy and understanding. Additionally, it outlines practical steps for advocacy and allyship, encouraging individuals and communities to support transgender rights actively. By raising awareness, educating the public, and advocating for policy reforms, this project aspires to contribute to the broader movement for transgender equality, ensuring that transgender persons can live with dignity, respect, and full recognition of their rights. |
