Abstract Digital payment systems have become an important part of modern financial transactions due to their convenience, speed, and accessibility. This study examines customer satisfaction and the effectiveness of digital payment systems among users. Data were collected from 94 respondents through a structured questionnaire. The findings reveal that digital payments are widely adopted, particularly for money transfers and online transactions, with QR code payments being the most preferred mode. Most respondents expressed satisfaction with digital payment services, highlighting convenience and ease of use as key benefits. However, concerns regarding security, privacy, and transaction failures remain significant challenges. The study concludes that digital payment systems are effective and widely accepted, but improvements in security and reliability are essential to enhance customer trust and encourage greater adoption.
