Abstract The Lodha tribe is a vulnerable group of people who live in the Paschim Medinipur district of West Bengal. They have always faced a lot of problems because they are poor and do not have opportunities. The Lodha tribe has to deal with issues. This study looks at how government programs have helped the Lodha community. It checks things like education, healthcare, jobs and houses to see if the government programs are working. The government has programs like the Tribal Sub-Plan and NREGA to help the Lodha tribe. The study found that the lives of the Lodha people are getting better. There are still some problems. Some areas are still very poor because they are away from cities and do not have good roads. The study says that the government needs to make plans to help the Lodha tribe, in these poor areas. This will help the Lodha tribe to have a life and to get the help they need. The government should make sure that all the Lodha people can get the benefits of these programs no matter where they live in Paschim Medinipur. The Lodha tribe needs help. The government should give it to them so that they can have a good life
