Abstract Background: Agility, essential for football performance, involves rapid direction change linked to strength, coordination, and balance, with musculoskeletal pain commonly affecting adolescent athletes.

Aim: To evaluate agility in school football players in Moradabad.
Methodology: A survey-based study using random sampling included 180 school football players (aged 16–19) from Moradabad, assessed using the Illinois Agility Test and Hexagonal Obstacle Test over two months.
Result: Of 180 participants (142 males, 38 females), Illinois and Hexagonal test scores showed significant positive correlation (r=0.686, p<0.001); males demonstrated significantly better agility times than females on both tests.

Conclusion: Both tests reliably assess agility in adolescent footballers, with gender-based differences highlighting the need for separate performance norms.
