Abstract The Philippine Catholic schools in contemporary times are confronted with challenges like decline of enrollment, migration of teachers, fast rate of turnover among administrators which threatened their viability and long-term sustainability, in which Holy Cross High School, an accredited mercy school administered by the Religious Sisters of Mercy in Camp Phillips, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, faced the same reality.
