| Abstract | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Metro Kalibo Water District's (MKWD) project implementation procedures in order to develop a performance and commitment review that would improve operational efficiency. It sought to ascertain the degree of issues in the domains of quality assurance, documentation and reporting, and monitoring and control in relation to the efficacy of current procedures. A descriptive-quantitative research design was employed in this study. Respondents included forty technical, administrative personnel and contractor who worked on the project. Three months were spent gathering data, and then another three months were spent analyzing and drafting the report. The study examined employee characteristics according to their level of education, position, and duration of service, as well as how they perceived the difficulties and success of project implementation. The results showed that organized monitoring methods, resource allocation, and personnel competency all have a major impact on how well a project is implemented. The most frequent areas of difficulty were found in the documentation and quality assurance processes. Confirming the interdependence of these components in attaining performance outcomes, the data also showed a statistically significant association between the effectiveness of practices and the severity of issues faced. The study covers the year 2025 and was carried out at the Metro Kalibo Water District, which is situated at Jaime Cardinal Sin Avenue, Barangay Andagao, Municipality of Kalibo, Province of Aklan. The findings offer important information for policymaking, and the long-term viability of water infrastructure projects in Metro Kalibo Water District. |
