| Abstract | Teachers' roles as facilitators, designers of learning experiences, and guides in digital settingshave been redefined as a result of the incorporation of technology into modern classrooms. Theintegration of technology in modern classrooms has transformed teaching–learning processes, redefining the role of teachers as facilitators, designers of learning experiences, and guides indigital environments. This paper examines effective strategies for teacher–technologyintegration, including the use of digital instructional tools, blended and flipped learning models, learning management systems, interactive multimedia, and emerging technologies such asartificial intelligence and virtual learning platforms. It highlights the potential benefits oftechnology integration, such as enhanced student engagement, personalized learning, improvedcollaboration, access to diverse learning resources, and the development of 21st-century skillslike critical thinking, creativity, and digital literacy. At the same time, the study addresses keychallenges faced by teachers, including inadequate infrastructure, limited technical skills, resistance to change, digital divide, classroom management issues, and concerns related to dataprivacy and ethical use of technology. The abstract emphasizes that successful technologyintegration depends not only on the availability of tools but also on continuous teacherprofessional development, institutional support, and pedagogically sound practices. Overall, the paper underscores the need for a balanced and reflective approach to ensure that technologymeaningfully enhances teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes in modernclassrooms. |
