A Study to Assess the Knowledge among Elderly Women and Adolescent Regarding Menstrual Myths at selected area Sanwer, Indore (M.P.)

Abstract	Menstruation is a natural biological process, yet it is surrounded by myths and misconceptions, especially in traditional societies. This study aims to assess the knowledge regarding menstrual myths among elderly women and adolescents. A descriptive research design was used with a sample size of 40 participants. Data was collected using a self-structured questionnaire. The findings revealed that while adolescents had comparatively better awareness, many myths still persist among elderly women. The study highlights the need for awareness programs to eliminate misconceptions and promote menstrual hygiene.
