| Abstract | Documentation is essential for healthcare reimbursement systems to process claims and comply with reimbursement policies. In the Philippines, the PhilHealth efficiency reimbursement is greatly dependent on the documentation quality submitted by healthcare providers. However, Return-to-Hospital claims are driven by documentation deficiencies that create processing delays and administrative burden. |
