A Study on Customer Satisfaction Towards Usage of Online Payment Apps

Abstract	The world is developing technologically day by day in every aspect of life. As a result, technology has transformed traditional financial transactions into digital payments. The use of online payment applications is increasing rapidly, with these apps offering a wide range of services to users. Digital payment applications save time, provide convenience, and ensure the secure handling of money. Customers are generally highly satisfied with the services offered by these applications. This study focuses on customer satisfaction with online payment applications. A descriptive research design was adopted for the study, and data were collected from primary sources using a sample of 101 respondents. The collected data were analyzed and interpreted using statistical tools such as the Frequency and ANOVA.
