| Abstract | Abstract Bullying has become one of the major concerns in school education. It affects not only the students who experience it but also the overall learning environment of the school. Students who are subjected to repeated physical, verbal, psychological, or social bullying often face fear, emotional stress, low self confidence, and difficulties in their academic and social life. Because of these consequences, preventing bullying has become an important responsibility of schools. This paper focuses on the joint role of teachers, parents, and students in preventing bullying in schools. The paper has been prepared by reviewing published research studies, books, dissertations, reports, and other reliable academic sources. The reviewed literature shows that bullying cannot be prevented only through strict rules or punishment. Better communication between schools and families, active participation of teachers and parents, and the development of empathy, cooperation, respect, and responsibility among students are equally important. The studies also suggest that early identification of bullying, timely guidance, counselling support, and appropriate school policies help in reducing bullying incidents. Overall, the literature indicates that a coordinated effort by teachers, parents, and students is essential for creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment where every student feels respected and secure. |
