| Abstract | Robo-advisors are changing the way people invest by providing automated, low-cost, and easy-to-use financial advice through artificial intelligence and algorithms. This study explores how robo-advisors are transforming personal finance and whether they can replace traditional financial advisors. The research is based on secondary data collected from research papers, journals, books, and other published sources. It examines the evolution, working process, benefits, risks, and future of robo-advisors. The findings show that robo-advisors make investing more affordable, accessible, and convenient by offering services such as risk assessment, portfolio management, and continuous monitoring. They are especially useful for beginner investors and people with simple financial needs. However, they still have limitations, including a lack of human judgment, concerns about data privacy and cybersecurity, and difficulty handling complex financial situations. The study concludes that robo-advisors will continue to grow in importance but are more likely to work alongside human advisors than completely replace them. |
