| Abstract | The study examines the impact of training and development programmes on employee performance and organizational effectiveness. Primary data were collected from employees through a structured questionnaire and analysed using percentage analysis and Chi-square test. The findings reveal that training programmes play an important role in improving productivity, career growth, and employee performance. The study also found a significant relationship between training programmes and employee performance. It is concluded that effective and continuous training programmes are essential for enhancing employee efficiency and organizational development. |
