| Abstract | Digital transformation has become one of the most important trends in the banking sector, driving significant change in the way financial institutions operate and provide services. Banks can leverage advanced technologies like AI, blockchain, cloud computing, big data analytics, and mobile banking to boost their efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial inclusion.
