| Abstract | Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in economic development, innovation, and job creation. In recent years, there has been growing interest in understanding the entrepreneurial intentions of high school students, as these intentions often influence future career choices and business creation activities. This research paper examines the factors that shape entrepreneurship intentions among high school students, including entrepreneurial education, family background, self-efficacy, social influences, and access to resources. The study highlights the importance of fostering entrepreneurial mindsets at an early age and explores the challenges that students face in pursuing entrepreneurial careers. The findings suggest that exposure to entrepreneurship education, supportive environments, and positive role models significantly enhance students' intentions to become entrepreneurs. The paper concludes that encouraging entrepreneurship among high school students can contribute to economic growth, innovation, and employment generation in the future. |
