| Abstract | The COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally transformed workplace structures, employee expectations, and organizational practices. As businesses transitioned from crisis management to long-term operational stability, employee retention emerged as a critical challenge. Increased workforce mobility, changing employee priorities, remote work adoption, and concerns regarding well-being have forced organizations to rethink traditional retention strategies. This paper examines the key factors influencing employee retention in the post-pandemic workplace and evaluates contemporary strategies adopted by organizations to enhance workforce stability. Through a review of existing literature and analysis of emerging workplace trends, the study identifies flexible work arrangements, employee well-being initiatives, career development opportunities, inclusive organizational cultures, and technology-driven engagement practices as significant determinants of retention. The findings suggest that organizations adopting employee-centered approaches are better positioned to retain talent and maintain competitive advantage in the evolving labor market. |
