| Abstract | The Role of Digital PlatforThe rapid growth of digital technologies has transformed the way businesses operate and interact with stakeholders. This research explores the role of digital platforms in promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability in commerce. A comprehensive literature review and case studies of leading companies demonstrate how digital platforms can increase transparency and accountability, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and promote sustainable consumption and production practices. However, the research also highlights several challenges and limitations of digital platforms in promoting CSR and sustainability, including technical, social, cultural, environmental, economic, and regulatory challenges.
