| Abstract | This study investigates strategic leadership practices within the hospitality industry, focusing on large-scale operations in Pampanga, Philippines. Recognizing the critical role of effective leadership in enhancing employee engagement, profitability, and customer satisfaction, this research highlights the transformative potential of various leadership styles, particularly transformational leadership. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative approach, the study employs a structured survey distributed to senior executives and operational managers across diverse hospitality organizations. The findings reveal that leaders who exhibit emotional intelligence, prioritize teamwork, and foster innovation significantly influence operational success and employee retention. By employing the Input-Process-Output (IPO) model, the research identifies key leadership strategies and their impacts on organizational performance, offering actionable recommendations for practitioners and stakeholders. This study aims to contribute to the global discourse on hospitality leadership, providing insights that enhance management practices and promote resilience and sustainability in a rapidly evolving industry landscape. |
