Abstract The concept of integrating entrepreneurship into education has generated considerable enthusiasm over the past few decades. The various impacts attributed to this integration include economic growth, job creation, enhanced societal resilience, personal development, increased social engagement, and improved equality. However, implementing this concept has faced significant challenges alongside the aforementioned benefits. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 represents a crucial advancement in the transformation of the Indian education system. This policy seeks to foster a more inclusive, equitable, and holistic educational environment. Practitioners have encountered several obstacles in their efforts to incorporate entrepreneurship into education, including time and resource constraints, concerns about commercialism undermining educational integrity, difficulties in assessment, and a lack of clarity in definitions.
