Abstract Cervicogenic headache (CGH) is a secondary headache originating from disorders of the cervical spine and surrounding soft tissues. It is commonly associated with altered cervical posture, particularly forward head posture, and reduced endurance of the deep neck flexor muscles, which are essential for cervical stability and postural control. Although both impaired head posture and decreased deep neck flexor endurance have been reported in patients with CGH, the relationship between these two factors remains unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the correlation between static head position and deep neck flexor endurance in patients with cervicogenic headache.
Keywords Cervical posture, deep neck flexors muscles, pressure biofeedback unit, neck muscles endurance.
