| Abstract | Quality of Work Life (QWL) is an important aspect of employee well-being that influences job satisfaction, productivity, motivation, and organizational commitment. It refers to the extent to which employees are able to satisfy their personal and professional needs through their work environment. Factors such as working conditions, compensation, job security, career growth opportunities, work-life balance, welfare facilities, and interpersonal relationships play a significant role in determining the quality of work life of employees. The garment industry is one of the major employment-generating sectors and is characterized by intense competition, demanding production schedules, and a diverse workforce. In such an environment, maintaining a satisfactory Quality of Work Life is essential for enhancing employee performance and organizational effectiveness. This study aims to assess the Quality of Work Life among employees working in the garment industry and identify the factors that influence their level of satisfaction. The study examines employees' perceptions regarding various dimensions of QWL, including workplace environment, remuneration, occupational safety, employee welfare measures, supervisory support, and opportunities for career advancement. It also seeks to evaluate the level of satisfaction among employees and determine areas requiring improvement. The findings of the study are expected to provide valuable insights for management in developing policies and practices that enhance employee well-being, increase productivity, and promote a positive work environment within the garment industry. Overall, the study emphasizes the importance of Quality of Work Life as a key factor in achieving employee satisfaction and organizational success in the garment industry. |
