| Abstract | BACKGROUND: Globally educational stress is one of the most serious issues among nursing students according to UNICEF studies, upto 85%- 87% of students report experiencing high academic pressure. In India, studies indicates high levels of academic stress and intense parental pressure, with around 81.6% of adolescents experiencing exam related anxiety and approximately 66% reporting pressure from parents to achieve high grades. |
