| Abstract | Project management in non-profit organizations differs significantly from that in for-profit organizations due to its focus on social impact rather than financial returns. This study explores how non-profit organizations manage projects while addressing challenges such as limited funding, stakeholder expectations, and volunteer-based operations. Using a qualitative approach and a case study of a healthcare outreach project, the research highlights adaptive project management practices that improve accountability, resource utilization, and community outcomes. The findings emphasize the importance of flexible strategies and mission-driven management in achieving sustainable social impact. |
