| Abstract | Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an essential strategic approach for achieving sustainable business growth and long-term organizational success. This study examines the role of CSR in enhancing organizational performance, competitive advantage, customer trust, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationships. A descriptive research design based on secondary data analysis was adopted to evaluate the strategic significance of CSR in modern organizations. The findings reveal that effective CSR practices strengthen corporate reputation, promote sustainable development, improve business performance, and create long-term value for both organizations and society. The study concludes that CSR should be integrated into core business strategy as a strategic investment rather than viewed merely as a legal or philanthropic obligation. |
