| Abstract | Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed the banking and financial services industry by improving operational efficiency, customer service, fraud detection, and financial decision-making. AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Predictive Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation help financial institutions automate processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. This study examines the applications, benefits, challenges, and future scope of AI in banking using secondary data from journals, reports, books, and official publications. The findings indicate that AI plays a significant role in digital transformation while also presenting challenges related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical implementation |
