Abstract	Work-life balance has become an important concern for employees, particularly in the logistics industry, where demanding schedules, long working hours, and operational pressures are common. Maintaining a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life is essential for employee well-being and job satisfaction. This study explores the work-life balance and job satisfaction levels of employees working in the logistics industry in the Hyderabad region.
