Abstract	Kaphanubandhi Katishoola can be correlated with non-specific low back pain, which is a common condition affecting daily activities and quality of life. In Ayurveda, it is mainly managed by balancing aggravated Dosha and removing the vitiated Dosha through Shodhana therapy. Sadya Virechana and Dashmoola Niruha Basti are useful therapies for managing pain and stiffness. Hence, this study aims to compare the efficacy of Sadya Virechana and Dashmoola Niruha Basti in Kaphanubandhi Katishoola.
