Abstract	Chronic ulcers of the buccal mucosa are a common and challenging clinical condition associated with persistent pain, burning sensation, difficulty in eating and speaking, restricted mouth opening, and impaired quality of life....This prospective comparative study was conducted in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Dr. B.S. Kushwah Institute of Medical Sciences, Kanpur, from July 2025 to june 2026. A total of 60 patients, aged 15–60 years with clinically diagnosed chronic buccal mucosal ulcers were enrolled.....
