How Innovative Digital Marketing Strategies Impact Buying Habits and Brand Engagement

| Abstract | This paper evaluates the role of the novel digital marketing concepts in consumer purchasing behavior and brand interactions in a market that is becoming more technologically oriented. Though the importance of personalization, influencer marketing, and data analytics are recognized in the existing literature, no one includes an integrated description of how these approaches influence consumer decision-making in a variety of digital touchpoints. To fill this gap, the research is based on the theoretical framework of the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model and social proof theory and how digital stimuli affect consumer cognition, emotional reactions, and behavioral changes. The interaction of the main strategies of personalized advertising, influencer endorsements, and content-driven engagement with the goal of influencing trust, purchase intention, and brand loyalty are analyzed through a conceptual synthesis approach. The results indicate that the use of innovative digital marketing can result in a substantial positive emotional bond, consumer trust, and long-term involvement, especially when the strategies are viewed as genuine, pertinent, and socially tested. This paper also shows that there are still a number of challenges, such as privacy issues, information overload, and differences in consumer reactions among different demographic groups. On the whole, this study adds to the coherent theoretical framework of the relationship between the innovation in digital marketing and the outcomes of the measurable consumer behavior. It contributes to the current body of literature by showing that consumer behavior on the Internet is influenced by a system of interrelated psychological and social factors and not individual marketing instruments. |
